HISTORIA DE LA ADMINISTRACION FINANCIERA

Las finanzas constan de 3 áreas interrelacionadas, el mercado de dinero y de capitales, inversiones y administración financiera o finanzas en los negocios.
Mercados de dinero y de capitales
Se debe conocer los factores que afectan las tasas de interés, las regulaciones a las cuales deben sujetarse las instituciones financieras, los diversos tipos de instrumentos financieros, administración de negocios, habilidad para comunicarse.
 
Inversiones
Las 3 funciones del área de inversiones son, ventas, análisis de valores individuales y determinación de la mezcla óptima de valores para un inversionista.
 
Administración financiera
Toman decisiones con relación a la expansión, tipos de valores que se deben emitir para financiar la expansión, deciden los términos de crédito sobre los cuales los clientes podrán hacer sus compras, la cantidad de inventarios que deberán mantener, el efectivo que debe estar disponible, análisis de fusiones, utilidades para reinvertir en lugar de pagarse como dividendos.

4 developed in any country in particular, it is
5 result of the cooperation of many nations, such as
6 France, the United States, Germany and Italy.  The early
7 movies were silent, and people frequently
8 associate them with Charles Chaplin, who was not only an
9 actor but also a writer, producer and composer.
10 a new period in the history of movies began in 1927 with the
11 appearance of sound movies. And Hollywood became the center
12 of the motion-picture industry.  One of the factors that contributed
13 to the importance of Hollywood was the presence of the best
14 European actors and producers.  Newadays, the film industry is
15 spread all over the world.  Movie festivals have contributed to the
16 growth of this art.  Europe, Russia, Poland, Sweden and England
17 are some of the countries that have won prizes in Cannes.  Venice
18 and other important festivals.  The United States, Mexico, Argentina
19 and Brazil are also outstanding as film makers.  Surprisingly,
20 countries like Japan and India are at present producing, producing more films
21 than Hollywood.
22 This art reaches all sorts all audiences, since it deals with appealing
23 topics such as love war, psychology, history, literature, religion,
24 mystery, horror and humor.  Besides, cinematography has motivated
25 the creation of other mass media to offer entertainment.
26 Some of its latest developments are television and video-cassette recorders.

Existe una estrategia mundial, conducida por el Banco Mundial, para reducir toda educación, pero especialmente la universitaria, a un lugar de produción de "capital humano", considerado como un medio de produción.
